JME is delighted to offer for sale this superb Austin Healey 3000 MKIII phase 2. This original UK RHD Austin Healey 3000 MK III chassis no. HBJ8/36463 was built on the 26th May 1966 and first registered on the 21st July 1966.
Being sold on behalf of the second owners. The current owners purchased the car in 1977 with 21,000 miles on the gauge. Throughout their ownership, the car has been used as a European travelled touring car, Including journeys to Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, and France. The car now displays 50,176miles.
Major restoration works and recommissioning were completed to the car in 1999/2000. Documentation and photographs in the history file confirm the completed works. Mechanical works and a new hood were fitted by JME in 2015/2016.
